【摘要】 目的 为了减少患者在手术台上的停留时间，必须缩短切片制作时间，提高制片的质量，如此可提高诊断准确率。方法 将未经固定的组织块放入冷冻箱内，冷冻后切片5μm或10μm，即刻于固定液里固定20s，用HE染色。结果 实验结果令人满意，所有的组织结构没有被损害，细胞核和细胞浆被染得清晰、鲜艳，核仁易见，可获得极好的细胞核和细胞浆的形态学。结论 应用未经固定的组织块能够制出最好的切片，它需时少，效果好。
