【摘要】 目的 探讨纤维支气管镜检查对非好发部位肺结核的诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析了52例非好发部位肺结核的确诊病例。结果 全组病例均经纤维支气管镜检查，活检46例，阳性29例(63.0%)；刷检52例，阳性29例(55.8)；经支气管—肺泡灌洗液(BAL)培养48例，阳性36例(75.0%)，综合检出47例，阳性率达90.4%。结论 纤维支气管镜检查对非好发部位肺结核有重要的诊断价值。
