【摘要】 目的 探讨MMP-9的表达与卵巢浆液性肿瘤侵袭和转移的关系。 方法 应用流式细胞术定量检测MMP-9在45例卵巢浆液性肿瘤中的表达。结果 MMP-9在卵巢浆液性癌中的表达明显高于卵巢浆液性瘤(P<0.05)，且与卵巢浆液性癌病理分级和临床分期密切相关(P<0.05)。结论 卵巢浆液性癌中 MMP-9的高表达促进了其侵袭和转移，MMP-9在卵巢浆液性癌中的表达与病理分级及临床分期有显著相关性。提示MMP-9可作为诊断和判断预后的指标和化疗防治的靶点。

    【Abstract】 Objective To probe into the relationship between MMP-9 expression and invasion、mestastasis of ovarian serous tumors.Methods The expressions of MMP-9 Gene Protein in 45 cases with ovarian serous tumors were detected quantitatively by Flow Cytometry (FCM). Results Expression of MMP-9 protein found in ovarian serous carcinomas is significantly more than that in ovarian serous cystadenomas(P<0.05).It can be stated that expression of MMP-9 was correlated with histological grade and clinical stage (P<0.05).Conclusion The high level of MMP-9 may be linked with ovarian serous tumor invasion and mestastasis ......
