颈性眩晕的分型治疗及疗效分析

【摘要】 目的 将颈性眩晕分为上、下颈性眩晕，采取不同治疗方法并与常规治疗方法的疗效比较，以寻求更好的治疗方法。方法 将135例颈性眩晕随机分为试验组和对照组，对其治愈率及治疗时间进行统计学分析。结果 试验组的治愈率高于对照组，而试验组的治疗时间短于对照组，均有统计学意义。结论 对颈性眩晕进行分型并采用不同的治疗方法能提高治愈率，缩短治疗时间。【关键词】 颈性眩晕；分型；上颈性眩晕；下颈性眩晕

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the better therapy method by comparing the effect of the routine therapy method and the method of different treatments to different types cervical vertigo after divided cervical vertigo into superior and inferior cervical vertigo.Methods 135 cases were divided into control group and contrast group. The cure rate and treatment time were analyzed by SPSS 10.0.Results The cure rate of the control group is better than that of the contrast group. And the treatment time of the control group is shorter than that of the contrast group.Conclusion The typing of the cervical vertigo can improve the cure rate and reduce the treatment time. ......
