天竺醒脑胶囊对实验性痴呆小鼠脑组织NOS、Na+-K+-ATP酶活性的影响

     【摘要】目的探讨中药天竺醒脑胶囊抗老年痴呆的作用机制。方法取昆明种小鼠72只，随机分为6组，即正常组、模型组、治疗组(含大、中、小三个剂量组)、对照组。给药结束采血检测一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、钠-钾-ATP酶(Na+-K+-ATPase)活性；并取小鼠海马组织做电镜分析。结果治疗组小鼠NOS、Na+-K+-ATPase的活性较模型组明显升高(P<0.05);电镜分析、治疗组小鼠海马组织损伤较模型组有明显改善。结论天竺醒脑胶囊能提高拟痴呆小鼠NOS、Na+-K+-ATPase的活力并能促进拟痴呆小鼠脑组织的病理修复，从而获得抗老年痴呆实验疗效。
