【摘要】 目的 介绍改良拇指尺背侧动脉逆行岛状皮瓣的手术经验。方法 对3例拇指末节软组织缺损及2例示指偏桡侧软组织缺损，采用改良拇指尺背侧动脉皮瓣进行修复。结果 5例皮瓣全部成活，随访4～14个月，外形满意，功能恢复可，指间关节活动度恢复正常。结论 改良拇指尺背侧动脉皮瓣适用于修复拇指末节及示指偏桡侧较大软组织缺损，最大切取面积达4cm×2.5cm。

    【Abstract】 Objective To introduce the surgical procedure of the reformed dorsoulnar arterial retrograde flap of the thumb.Methods Five cases of soft tissue defect with expose bone at the distal thumb or at the radial side of the index finger were treated by the reformed dorsoulnar arterial retrograde flap.The areas of flap were 4.0cm 2.5cm and the proximal level of the flap can reach the distal wrist print.Results All 5 flaps survived . Followed-up for 4 to 14 months, appearance and function of the thumb or the index finger was acceptable.Conclusion The application of the flap is skin and soft tissue defects with expose bone at the distal and radial side of the index finger.
