【摘要】 目的 探讨米非司酮与利凡诺联合应用于中期引产的临床意义。方法 妊娠14～26周要求终止妊娠的孕妇先空腹口服米非司酮50mg，1日2次或50mg、25mg交替1日2次口服(总量1盒为25mg×6片)再羊膜腔内利凡诺100mg穿刺引产。结果 与不服米非司酮单独利凡诺引产的患者相对比，服药组明显缩短产程，减少患者痛苦，差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 米非司酮与利凡诺联合用于中期引产具有显著的临床价值。
