摘要：目的 观察动物皮肤接触克林霉素磷酸酯-过氧苯甲酰凝胶后有无皮肤刺激、皮肤过敏等反应，为临床安全用药提供依据。 方法 皮肤刺激试验，对家兔完整皮肤和破损皮肤进行单次或多次涂抹002g/cm2的克林霉素磷酸酯-过氧苯甲酰凝胶，单次涂抹和多次涂抹分别为1d和连续7d(1次/d)涂抹，观察涂抹部位有无红斑和水肿等刺激反应情况。皮肤过敏试验，豚鼠每只每周皮肤涂抹02g的克林霉素磷酸酯-过氧苯甲酰凝胶1次，连续3周，于首次涂药后的第28 d皮肤给药进行攻击，观察涂抹部位有无红斑和水肿等过敏反应情况。 结果 末见动物发生红斑、水肿等刺激反应和过敏反应。 结论 该药无刺激性及过敏性，具有良好的皮肤用药安全性。关键词：克林霉素磷酸酯；过氧苯甲酰；皮肤刺激试验；皮肤过敏试验

Abstract:Objective To observe both irritative and allergic reactions of clindamycin phosphatebenzoyl peroxide geI(CPBPG) on the skins of animals and provide basis for clinical safety use of CPBPG Methods In skin irritation test, 002g/cm2 of CPBPG were applied on rabbits' normal and damaged skin one time or several times(l time/d) In skin allergy test, 02g of CPBPG were applied on the slain of the guinea pigs one time a week for 3 consecutive weeks, and stimulated the animals at the 28th day Then irritative and allergic reactions of the animals were investigated Results There are no crythema, red swelling and any other imtative or allergic reactions Conclusion CPBPG is a safe external drug ......
