徐长卿水提物抗乙型肝炎病毒的体外实验研究

摘要：目的 初步探讨徐长卿水提物的抗乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)作用。 方法 通过徐长卿水提物作用于体外培养的2215细胞株，观察其对2215细胞株分泌HBsAg和HBeAg的影响，以初步评价其抗HBV作用。 结果 徐长卿水提物作用于2215细胞株12d后，对2215细胞株的半数毒性浓度为6265g/L，对HBsAg的半数抑制浓度小于078 g/L 、对HBeAg 的半数抑制浓度为1013 g/L；对HBsAg治疗指数大于8032，对HBeAg治疗指数为 618。结论 徐长卿水提物在体外细胞培养中对两抗原的分泌有较好的抑制作用。关键词：徐长卿水提物；乙型肝炎病毒；抑制作用

Abstract:Objective To explore the antiHBV effect of Cynanchun paniculatum extract Methods In vitro cultured 2115 cell strains was used in the experiment for observing the effect of Cynanchun paniculatum aqueous extract HBsAg and HBeAg secreted by 2215 cell strains Results It was observed that the semitoxic concentration (TC50/L) of Cynanchun paniculatum aqueous extract on 2215 cell strain was 6562g/L 12 days after action on the 2215 cell strain and the half inhibitory concentration (IC50) on HBsAg was <078g/L and that on HBeAg was 1013g/L The treatment index on HBsAg positives was >8032 and 618 on HBeAg positives Conclusion Cynanchun paniculatum aqueous extract possesses relatively good inhibitory effet on the secretion of HBsAg and HBeAg by in vitro cultured cells ......
