龙珠软膏换药治疗痔瘘术后120例临床研究

【摘要】 目的 将龙珠软膏和湿润烧伤膏用于痔瘘术后换药，对比两者对创面换药的临床疗效。方法 120例用龙珠软膏换药，将药膏涂抹在适当大小的无菌纱条上后贴覆于创面；80例用湿润烧伤膏换药，其用法同龙珠软膏。两组患者术后静脉滴注抗生素3～7天。结果 龙珠软膏组创面平均愈合时间最长19.8天，最短9.5天；湿润烧伤膏组创面平均愈合时间最长23.8天，最短13.8天。龙珠软膏组比湿润烧伤膏组创面平均愈合时间缩短4天左右，且无明显不良反应。结论 痔瘘术后创面采用龙珠软膏换药比湿润烧伤膏换药时间短且愈合快。【关键词】 龙珠软膏；湿润烧伤膏；痔瘘术后；创面愈合；换药
Change dressing with Longzhu ointment treated undergone operation of hemorrhoids or anal fistula:a report of 120 cases

【Abstract】 Objective Change dressing with Longzhu ointment and moist burn cream ointment was used in operation of hemorrhoids and anal fistula, contrasted ampho raw surface clinic therapeutic effect.Methods 120 cases were treated undergone operation of hemorrhoids or anal fistula change dressing with Longzhu ointment,by taking ointment and painting on proper size of germ free yarn stick and sticking in raw surface.80 cases were also treated change dressing with moist burn cream ointment by the same way with Longzhu ointment. Two groups of patients were all drop infused antibiotics into vena for 3 to 7 days after operation.Results The raw surface average heal time was from 9.5 days to 19.8 days by using Longzhu ointment,while it was from 13.8 days to 23.8 days by using moist burn cream ointment. Therefore,it was 4 days shorter by using Longzhu ointment than by using moist burn cream ointment with no obviously adverse effects.Conclusion Change dressing with Longzhu ointment treated undergone operation of hemorrhoids and anal fistulas raw surface had more effect with shorten heal time than moist burn cream ointment. ......
