【摘要】 目的 了解我院抗菌药物在门诊的使用情况。方法 抽取门诊2004年全年处方49320张，筛选门诊处方按使用抗菌药物的处方数、抗菌药物种类及联合用药情况进行分析。结果 我院门诊抗菌药物使用率为39.24%，联合用药占抗菌药物总使用率的21.70%。结论 加强抗菌药物合理使用的管理，对延缓耐药菌株的形成，减少不良反应有重要意义。
