【摘要】 目的 苦楝果实中提取多糖,并测定其含量。方法 运用微波技术用水提醇沉法提取苦楝果实多糖,用酚-硫酸比色法测定多糖含量。结果 测得苦楝果实中多糖含量6.48%,平均回收率为99.05%,RSD=1.26%(n=5)。结论 首次运用微波技术从地产苦楝果实中提取出多糖,反应速度加快。【关键词】 微波技术;苦楝果实;多糖;提取;含量测定
【Abstract】 Objective The extraction and content determinations polysaccharides in fruit of melia azedarach.Methods Microwave technique applied in polysaccharides in fruit of melia azedarach were obtained by hotwater extraction and ethanol precipitation,content determination with phenol-vitriolic colorimetry.Results The polysaccharides content in fruit of melia azedarach is 6.48%,recovery rate is 99.05%,RSD=1.26%(n=5).Conclusion Microwave technique applied in the polysaccharides in fruit of melia azedarach has been obtained for the first time.
