【摘要】 目的 观察筛窦切除术+额窦开放术与单纯筛窦切除术治疗慢性额窦炎的疗效。方法 在内窥镜下扩大鼻额管，开放额窦底。结果 筛窦切除术+额窦开放术治疗慢性额窦炎的疗效明显优于单纯筛窦切除术组。结论 内窥镜下鼻内额窦开放术对慢性额窦炎治疗效果明显提高。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of ethmoidectomy+frontal siusotomy and simple ethmoidectomy on chronic frontal sinusitis.Methods Nasofrontal duct was extended and the bottom of frontal sinus was opened under nasal endoscope.Results The effect of ethmoidectomy+frontal sinusotomy group was better than simple ethmoidectomy group on chronic frontal sinusitis.Conclusion Intranasal frontal sinusotomy under nasal endoscope have good effect in chronic frontal sinusits.
