前列腺素E1对离体兔未成熟心肌保护效果的实验研究

摘要：目的 观察前列腺素E1(PGE1)对兔未成熟心肌的保护效果，探讨其可能的保护机制。 方法 选用7～14d的新西兰兔28只分4组，每组7只，A组单纯用K-H保护液及St ThomasⅡ停跳液；B、C、D组分别在A组的基础上加入PGE1 564nmol/L、282nmol/L和141nmol/L，利用离体兔心非循环式Langendorff灌流功能测定模型，停搏并冷保存3h后复灌，测定左心室舒张期末压(LVEDP)、左心室舒张压(LVDP)和左心室压力变化率(+dp/dt)，并检测冠脉流量比、肌酸激酶同工酶、心肌干湿比及观察心肌超微结构变化。 结果 实验组左心功能恢复明显优于对照组，以及冠脉流量比、心肌干湿比高于对照组，而肌酸激酶同工酶较对照组低，电镜检查显示实验组心肌线粒体破坏程度低于对照组。 结论 PGE1对兔未成熟心肌有良好的保护效果。关键词：未成熟心肌 ； 前列腺素E1；心肌保护
