摘要:目的 通过对人工养殖蛙及其池水中O1群霍乱弧菌检测,了解霍乱弧菌在其中的存活及菌型分布情况,为制定防治措施提供依据。 方法 采集人工养殖蛙及养蛙池水进行霍乱弧菌分离培养,血清学诊断符合O1群霍乱弧菌者,按国标法进行系统菌株鉴定。 结果 从624份标本中检出51株O1群E1-Tor霍乱弧菌,总检出率为8.17%,其中稻叶型42株,占82.4%,小川型9株,占17.6%;噬菌体—生物分型:5K29株,占56.9%,其次为9L8株、5L5株、13K5株、9K2株、12K2株。 结论 检出51株O1群 E1-Tor霍乱弧菌均属非流行株。池水检出率高于蛙的检出率。总检出率较高,提示在今后霍乱监测中,这些环境应作为重点之一。关键词:群霍乱弧菌;非流行株;噬菌体生物分型

Abstract Objective To understand the survival and distribution of types of V cholerae to provide basis for drawing out control and prevention measures through testing V cholerae O1 from farmed frogs and pool water Methods Collecting samples of farmed frogs and the pool water to isolate V cholerae If the strains were V cholerae O1 through diagnosis of serology they would be identified systematically according to the national standard Results 51 strains of V cholerae of El-Tor biotype were tested from 624 samples The rate was 817% In that 42 strains were Inaba type (824%) 9 strains were Ogawa type (176%) The results of bacteriophage-biotype were that 569% of them was 5K (29 strains) and others were 9L (8 strains), 5L (5 strains), 13K (5 strains), 9K (2 strains) and 12K (2 strains) Conclusions All the 51 strains of V cholerae of El-Tot biotype were non-epidemic strains The rate of samples from pool water was higher than that of frogs In general the rate was rather high It prompted that the aquatic farm was one of the focal points for surveillance of V cholerae ......
