摘要：目的：评价可乐必妥(左氧氟沙星)注射液治疗下呼吸道感染的临床疗效和安全性。方法：采用开放试验，完成病例30例，可乐必妥(左氧氟沙星)注射液0.5g，每日1次静滴，疗程为7～14d。结果：痊愈率、有效率、细菌清除率分别为53.3%、80%、87%。结论：可乐必妥(左氧氟沙星)注射液是治疗呼吸系统感染的安全有效的药物。

    Clinical Trail on Levofloxacin in the Treatment of Lower Respiratory tract Infection

    Abstract: Objective： In order to evaluate the efficacy and safety of levofloxacin in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection. Method： An open clinical trail was conducted for the treatment of 30 patients with lower respiratory tract infection. The dosage of the drug was 0.5g,once daily injection, the duration of treatment was 7～14 days. Result： The total cure rate was 53.3%, the total response rate was 80%, the bacterial clearance rate was 87%. Conclusion： Levofloxacin is both effective and safe drug for lower respiratory tract infection.
