摘要：目的：探讨及总结混合性中风的治疗临床效果。方法：对50例混合性中风进行临床分析。结果：大面积脑出血+腔隙性脑梗死，治疗脑外科。大面积脑梗死+少量出血，采用内科保守治疗。对照出血+脑梗死病灶大小相若者宜采用中性治疗。结论：通过50病例得出上述临床结果，同时也要多方面兼顾，防止多脏器功能衰竭也不容忽视。

    Abstract:Objective:To study and summarize the clinical treatable results in patients with mixed apoplexy.Method:To clinical analyse 50 cases of patients with mixed apoplexy. Result:To treat with brain surgical operation when patients appeared cerebral hemorrhage in big area and cerebral embolism in position. To treat in internal guardedness when patients appeared cerebral embolism in big area and cerebral hemorrhage in small dosage. To treat in neuter when patients appeared cerebral hemorrhage being close to cerebral embolism.
