【摘要】 本文论述了在市场经济条件的科技投入，一是对科技人才的投入，要引进人才、培养人才、照顾人才、使用人才和奖励人才；二是对科研设备的投入，量体裁衣,把握好投入时机、投入的力度。同时对经济通过市场“激活”科技进行了研究，经济激活科技，产生成果与效益，再反馈作用于经济，促进经济进一步发展。

    【Abstract】 This article discussed the technological investment on the condition of market economy.The first was the investment of the technological talented man, and must initiate, cultivate, attend, apply and encourage the talented man. The second was the investment of the technological equipment, and must cut out the clothes on the basis of body, grasp well the opportunity and the vigor of the investment. Simultaneously, we studied the economy “activating” the technology through the market. The results showed that economy activated the technology, produced achievement and efficiency, then feeded-back on the economy, and promoted the economy developed forward.
