【摘要】 目的 探讨平阳霉素(博莱霉素A5)治疗眼部多发血管瘤的剂量、用药方法、疗程和治疗效果。方法 平阳霉素8mg溶于10g/L利多卡因及5g/L地塞米松针剂各1ml混合液中，间歇性瘤内注射平阳霉素，每次间隔1个月。结果 治疗多发性海绵状血管瘤7例，治愈率达100%。结论 平阳霉素瘤内注射是治疗眼部多发血管瘤的理想方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the dose,method,course time and effect of pingyangmycin (PYM) (Bleomycin-A5) in treating multiple ophthalmic hemangiomas.Methods Pingyangmycin 8mg dissolved into 10g/L lidocaine and 5g/L dexamethasone each 1 ml.PYM was injected into the tumor intermittently.Each interval should last 1 month.Results Seven cases that had multiple ophthalmic cavernous hemangiomas were treated.The cure rate was 100%.Conclusion PYM intratumor injection for patients with multiple ophthalmic cavernous hemangiomas is a very good therapy method.
