【摘要】 目的 评价良性前列腺增生(BPH)合并腹股沟斜疝同期手术的疗效及术式选择。方法 28例伴有可复性腹股沟斜疝患者，采用单切口先行疝修补术，而后再行前列腺切除术。其中10例下腹正中切口，盆腔内腹膜前疝修补术及耻骨上经膀胱前列腺摘除术；18例腹股沟斜疝切口，无张力疝修补术及经尿道前列腺切除术(TURP)。对手术方法、时间、伤口疼痛、并发症、复发率进行观察。结果 28例均随访，随访时间6～24个月，前列腺开放手术组因切口感染1例疝复发，余27例疝无复发。结论 BPH合并腹股沟斜疝同期手术治疗是可行的，效果确切，减少了患者二次手术痛苦。TURP联合无张力疝修补更符合人体解剖结构和疝的病理生理，具有操作简便、损伤轻、恢复快，术后复发率低，对老年患者更有意义。
