【摘要】 目的 总结合并糖尿病的急性化脓性胆管炎(acute obstructive suppurative cholangitis,AOSC)的围手术期的护理经验，提高护理水平。方法 9例合并糖尿病的急性化脓性胆管炎患者，不同病情和治疗阶段采取有针对性的护理措施，特别是针对高血糖采取有效的护理措施。结果 本组1例术后伤口裂开、胆道大出血死亡，1例发生肺部感染，无低血糖休克病例，7例伤口愈合良好，按期拆线。结论 加强围手术期的观察和护理，对合并糖尿病的急性化脓性胆管炎的治疗起着重要作用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To summarize and elevate the nursing level of the acute obstructed suppurate cholangitis(AOSC) with diabetes.Methods Nine cases of AOSC with diabetes were collected in recent 5 years and perioperative observation and nursing were analysed retrospectively,especially aimed at hyperglycemia.Results Of 9 cases,1 patient died of incision disruption and massive hemobilia;1 patient developed pneumonia;no hypoglycemia,7 patients with primary-healing incision.Conclusion It is important for the acute obstructed suppurate cholangitis(AOSC) with diabetes to receive positive perioperative observation and nursing. ......
