【摘要】 目的 评价稳定性二氧化氯对牙科手机的消毒效果。方法 稳定性二氧化氯浸泡法消毒人工污染HBV的牙科手机，用ELISA 法检测HBsAg，用PCR法检测HBV-DNA。结果 稳定性二氧化氯溶液浸泡5min，可完全灭活HBsAg和HBV-DNA。结论 稳定性二氧化氯浸泡消毒是一种快速有效消毒牙科手机的理想方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of stable chlorine dioxide in disinfecting dental handpieces.Methods HBV was used as test organisms to determine the effect of the chemical disinfectant.Results 2.5% stable chlorine dioxide immersion disinfectant could effective clean the HBsAg and HBV-DNA.Conclusion Stable chlorine dioxide disinfectant can effectively disinfect dental handpieces.
