【摘要】 目的 探讨顽固性癫痫脑电变化与联合手术方式选择的关系。 方法 回顾性分析了32例顽固性癫痫的治疗过程。 结果 25例术后脑电图棘波消失，7例明显减少。随访1～3年，优12例，良19例，差1例。 结论 对顽固性癫痫患者的治疗，要根据其发作类型、脑电变化结合SPECT、MRI、CT等辅助检查选择不同的联合手术方式。
