氯丙嗪和利培酮对血糖调节功能的早期影响及其干预初探

【摘要】 目的 探讨早期使用抗精神病药物对精神分裂症血糖调节功能影响的干预措施。方法 198例住院精神分裂症患者随机分为氯丙嗪组和利培酮组,单一用药,入院时、治疗1、2、3、6个月及1年后测定多项血糖浓度,并进行对照。结果 治疗1年后IGR、IFG及IGT发生率分别为16.16%、4.55%及11.62%,氯丙嗪组分别为23.3%、7.77%及15.53%,明显高于利培酮组(8.42%、1.05%及7.37%),差异均有显著性(P<0.05~0.01),IGR的发生与胆固醇、甘油三酯浓度及体重指数呈正相关。结论 抗精神病药物治疗早期就可影响血糖调节功能,早期进行综合干预很有必要。【关键词】 氯丙嗪;利培酮;血糖;血葡萄糖调节受损

【Abstract】 Objective To approach the interfere measures in early influencing the regulating function of the blood-glucose affected by chlorpromazine and risperidal.Methods 198 schizophrenia inpatients ,who randomly treated by chlorpromazine and risperidal and were tested of their blood-glucose at the admission,one,two,three,six months and one year after treatment,single medication.Results The incidence of the impaired glucose regulation (IGR),the impaired fasting glucemia (IFG) and impaired glucose tolerance(IGT) were 16.16%,4.55% and 11.62% in group differently ,were higher than in risperidal group (8.42%,1.05% and 7.37%) ,after one year.Conclusion Antipsychotics may impact the regulating function of the blood-glucose in early treatment,it is vary necessity to be interfered in initial treatment. ......
