【摘要】 目的 通过对牙髓病损相关组织中的雌孕激素受体的检测，探讨在这些组织中是否存在性激素受体，为研究牙髓相关疾病及牙体修复材料提供理论依据。方法 应用ABC法对20颗健康牙髓作为对照组及14例牙髓息肉、20例根尖囊肿和24例根尖肉芽肿作为实验组做ER、PR检测。结果 在受检的男女各10颗牙髓中，男性ER阳性为4例，占40%，女性ER阳性为5例，占50%；男性PR阳性为6例，占60%，女性PR阳性为3例，占30%。而和牙髓相关的其他病变的组织中几乎无表达。结论 正常牙髓也可能是性激素的靶组织，但相关病损组织可能不是性激素的靶组织。这些疾病和性激素的相关性有待于进一步的探讨和研究。
