吴茱萸中氨基酸的HPLC分析

     【摘要】 目的:用HPLC法测定吴茱萸中氨基酸的含量。方法:以水为溶剂用超声震荡提取法提取游离氨基酸。提取液用HPLC法分析,色谱柱:YWG-C18(10μm,250mm×46mm),流动相:水-甲醇-乙腈(42∶20∶38),流速:10ml/min,柱温:30℃,检测波长:260nm。结果:实验中发现吴茱萸中含有多种游离氨基酸,而且不同批次吴茱萸中游离氨基酸的种类和含量不同。结论:本文建立了用HPLC法测定吴茱萸中氨基酸的分析方法并对其中13种氨基酸进行了定性定量分析。

    Analysis of Amino Acid in Evodia Rutaecarpa(Juss.)Benth by HPLC

    【ABSTRACT】 Objective:To establish a method for determing amino acid in Evodia rutaecarpa(Juss.)Benth by HPLC. Methods:After the amino acid was extracted with water as solvent,the extrated fluid was performed on YWG-C18( 46mm×250mm, 10μm)column with the mobile phase of watermethanolacetonitrile(42∶20∶38). The flow rate was 10mL/min.The wavelength of UV detector was 260 nm and the column temperature was 30℃. Results: There were many kinds of amino acids in Evodia rutaecarpa(Juss.)Benth .The contents and types of amino acid in different samples were different. Conclusion: The method for determing amino acid by HPLC was establish and 13 types of amino acid were analysised in Evodia rutaecarpa(Juss.)Benth. ......
