牛磺酸对仔鼠脑发育及组织超微结构的影响

     摘要:目的观察牛磺酸对仔鼠脑发育及组织结构的影响。方法大鼠分为对照组和牛磺酸组,自受孕开始喂实验饲料,母鼠生育后继续食用该组饲料。仔鼠随其母鼠分为对照组和牛磺酸组,测量仔鼠在生后14 d、28 d脑及海马的重量,透射电镜观察仔鼠海马超微结构的变化。结果生后14 d、28 d牛磺酸组仔鼠脑和海马的重量比对照组仔鼠重;电子显微镜下牛磺酸组仔鼠海马神经元有丰富的粗面内质网、核糖体和线粒体等细胞器,线粒体嵴清晰可见。结论牛磺酸影响仔鼠脑组织超微结构的变化,缺乏可妨碍脑的发育。

    Effect of taurine on the development of young tats' brains and tissue ultrastructure

    Abstract:ObjectiveThe observation of effect of taurine on the development of young rats' brain and tissue ultrastructure.MethodsThe rats were fed with experimental foodstuff after their pregnancy and divided into taurine group and control one.The mother rats were fed with the same foodstuff after giving birth.The young rats were randomly divided into taurine group and control one with their mothers. The weight of rats' brains and hippocampus was gotten after the birth of 14 d and 28 d.and the ultrastructure of hippocampus of young rats was observed under transmitting electronic microscope.ResultsThe rats were fed with experimental foodstuff after their pregnancy and divided into taurine group and control one.The mother rats were fed with the same foodstuff after giving birth.The young rats were randomly divided into taurine group and control one with their mothers.
