DNA拓扑异构酶Ⅱ在膀胱癌中表达的临床意义

     【摘要】目的：研究TopoⅡ在膀胱癌中表达的意义。方法：应用免疫组化SP法，检测72例膀胱癌组织中TopoⅡ的表达。结果：TopoⅡ在膀胱癌中的阳性表达率为4583%(33/72)。TopoⅡ的表达与膀胱癌的分级呈正相关(P<005), 与膀胱癌的分期无显著性差异(P>005), 但随分期的递增呈升高趋势。结论：TopoⅡ的表达与癌组织的分级和分期有关。检测TopoⅡ表达情况可为抗癌药物的筛选提供依据。

    The Study on Expression of Topoisomerase Ⅱ in Bladder Carcinoma

    【ABSTRACT】 Objective: to study the expression of TopoⅡ in bladder carcinoma . Methods: immunohistochemical method was performed for TopoⅡ on 72 cases with bladder carcinoma. Results:the total positive rate of TopoⅡ was 4583%(33/72).The expression of TopoⅡwas associated with grading of bladder transitional cell carcinoma(P<005),there is insignificant differece between two clinnical stage of bladder transitional cell carcinoma, but the positive rate of TopoⅡ was increased with the increase of clinical stage. Conlusion: the expression of TopoⅡ was associated with grading and clinical stage of bladder transitional cell carcinoma. To examine the expression of TopoⅡcan be helpful for choosing proper anticarcinoma drugs for patients with bladder carcinoma. ......
