复方大枣口服液对小鼠免疫机能的影响

     摘要：目的观察复方大枣口服液对小鼠免疫机能的影响。方法将小鼠随机分成空白对照组和复方大枣口服液组，通过对小鼠胸腺指数、血清凝集素产生及巨噬细胞吞噬机能的试验，观察口服液对小鼠免疫机能的影响。结果复方大枣口服液有使小鼠胸腺指数提高的趋势；能明显提高血清凝集素的含量(p<0.01)；可极显著地增强小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬能力(p<0.01)。结论复方大枣口服液能提高小鼠机体免疫力，可以做为一种保健食品加工开发和利用。

    Effect of compound Jujube oral liquid on immune function of rats

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe the effect of the compound jujube oral liquid on immune function of rats .MethodsRats were divided into two groups: control group and experimental group. The rats' thymus index, production of their serum agglutinin and macrophoge's phagocytic function were tested. ResultsThe compund oral Liquid has a tendency to make thymus index go up, increase the content of serum agglutinin (P<0.01) and develop the phagocytic function of macrophage in a rat's cavity (P<0.01). ConclusionThe compound oral liquid can obviously develop immune function of organism. ......
