    摘要:目的 介绍流化床制粒特点、制粒过程中各因素对制粒的影响及操作中容易出现的问题。方法 将近十几年来国内外的有关文献近20篇分类、整理并结合作者实际操作中的体会进行综述。结果与结论 与其他制粒方式相比,流化床制粒具有制得的颗粒粒度均匀、流动性、压缩成形性好,组分中含量非常低的药物在颗粒中分布更均匀,节约生产时间,更符合GMP规范的要求等优点。制粒过程中需对设备参数、进口温度、流化风量、黏合剂的性质和物料的性质等综合考虑。

    Influence factors of fluidized bed granulation

    Abstract: Objective To discuss the characteristics and influence factors of fluidized bed granulation and the problems involved. Method Recent references and experiences related with fluidized bed granulation are reviewed. Results and Conclusion Fluidized bed granulation offers many advantages over other multi-step granulation and drying processes.the greatest advantage of the method is that it meets the requirements of GMP well. At the same time, fluidized bed granulation is a complex process in which both equipment, formulation and process variables affect the properties of granules. So we should consider all the influence factors discussed in this article in the process of fluidized bed granulation.
