【摘要】 目的 探讨减少尖锐湿疣复发的有效方法。方法 分别用包皮环切术加二氧化碳激光(甲组)治疗、二氧化碳激光治疗(乙组)和液氧(-196℃)治疗(丙组)男性尖锐湿疣，并做疗效对比和复发率观察。结果 甲组治愈率90.4%，乙组治愈率57.6%,丙组治愈率31.8%，甲组与乙、丙组疗效比较差异在统计学上均有非常显著性(P<0.001)，乙、丙组疗效比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。追踪观察9个月末三组复发率，甲组10.6%，乙组41.3%，丙组47.7%，差异有非常显著性(P<0.001)。乙、丙组复发率比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 包皮环切术加二氧化碳激光治疗男性尖锐湿疣可以除去尖锐湿疣临床表现的病灶，改变闭合潮湿环境，减少尖锐湿疣的复发机会，且方法简便有效，治疗成本低，安全性高，无特殊不良反应，是临床上根治尖锐湿疣有效的治疗方法。

    Effects of three different treatments on male condyloma acuminatum

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of three different therapeutic methods on male condyloma acuminatum.Methods 300 male cases of condyloma acuminatum were treated respectively with circumcision plus carbon dioxide lase (group A),carbon dioxide lase alone(group B)and liquid nitrogen (group C).The therapeutic effects and recurrence rate of every 2 grops were compared.Results The cure rate of group A was 90.0%,while that of group B was 57.6% and group 31.8%.Statistic tests showed that the effect of group A was much more excellent than that of group B and C (both P<0.001),whereas there was no significant difference between group B and C (P>0.05).The same statistic outcomes happened in the incidence of recurrence in 9 months of follow-up of group A,B and C (10.6%,41.3% and 47.7% respectively).Conclusion The method of circumcision plus carbon dioxide lase is an effective,safe,less expense therapeutic approach to the radical cure of male condyloma acuminatum,since it can remove the foci and alter the closed moist environment to reduce the recurrence rate. ......
