【摘要】 目的 探讨中药对α-葡萄糖苷酶活力的影响。方法 酶活性用PNPG法测定。结果 大黄和黄芪对α-葡萄糖苷酶具有较强的抑制作用，大黄的抑制作用类型为竞争性抑制。结论 大黄中含有α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂成分，可用于糖尿病治疗。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of four herb extracts on α-glucosidase activity by establishing an enzyme-inhibitor model. Methods Glucosidase activity was assayed at pH optimal by using the PNPG substrate.Results Dahuang and Huangqi can strongly inhibite-glucosidase.
