【摘要】 目的 探讨冠心病患者QT离散度(QTd)和QTmax与其室性早搏Lown’s分级的关系。方法 观察了50例冠心病患者动态心电图室性早搏Lown’s级别与同日测量QTd及相关指标的变化。结果 室早Lown’s 3～5级冠心病患者QTd，显著大于1～2级患者(分别86±19.5、61±13.7，P<0.05)。结论 室早Lown’s 3～5级冠心病患者QTd显著增大，预示其发生室性折返性心动过速的危险性增高。
