【摘要】 目的 探讨多层螺旋CT血管成像在诊断椎—基底动脉供血不足(VBI)中的临床价值。方法 对临床确诊VBI患者48例进行颅脑CTA、颅脑MRA、颈部血管彩超、TCD检查，对21例患者进行DSA检查。结果 VBI患者TCD检查阳性率为79%，颈部血管彩超阳性率为56%，颅脑MRA阳性率为54%，DSA检查阳性率为95%，颅脑CTA阳性率为92%。结论 在VBI诊断方面，CTA检查较MRA、血管彩超、TCD检查均有明显的优势，且与DSA检查有较好的一致性，提示CTA可以作为诊断VBI的首选方法之一，值得临床推广。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the value of multi-slice helical CT angiography(CTA)in clinical diagnosis of the vertebrobasilar insufficiency(VBI).Methods Brain CTA,magnetic resonance angiography(MRA),double carotid chromatic ultrasonic(DCCU)and transcranial Doppler(TCD)examinations were performed in 48 patients with VBI and 21 of these were examined by digital subtraction angiography(DSA).Results The positive rate of TCD examination are 79%，DCCU 56%,MRA 54%,DSA 95%and CTA 92%.Conclusion The CTA examination is obvious superior to MRA,DCCU and TCD ones in diagnosis of the VBI and its positive rate is accord with DSA examination’s.It is supposed to the CTA examination is one of the best ways in diagnosis of the VBI and deserve generalized. ......
