【摘要】 目的 本文旨在探索护理人员绩效考评管理的有效模式和方法。方法 我院从2002年4月起,在护理人员中建立高效科学的网络信息化绩效考评管理体系,运用逐级考评法、目标管理法、强制分配法等管理方法,以绩效改进为中心组织实施,对护理人员进行公平、公正、客观的绩效考评。结果 起到教育培训、保证组织目标的实施、提高员工绩效、增进沟通、促进护理人员职业的生涯发展、增强管理效能等作用。结论 将现代信息技术引入护理人员绩效考评管理中,是新时期一个科学高效的管理模式。【关键词】 护理;绩效考评;信息化管理

【Abstract】 Objective To explore nursing personnels performance assessment with the most valid mode.Methods With the highly effective information network of performance management system, our hospital applied the way of assessment, target management,compulsory assignment to appraise the nurse staffs performance unfairly and openly since April 2002.Results What we have done carried out education training, guaranteed the implement of target, improved staffs performance and communication,helped to develop nursing personnels future career, build up the management performance and so on.Conclusion Its a highly efficient and scientific management model to bring the modern information technology into nursing personnels performance assessment management. ......
