【摘要】 目的 探讨中风后继发癫痫的护理经验。方法 笔者严密观察了35例中风后继发癫痫患者，及时发现和处理异常情况，减少并发症的发生。结果 35例中风后继发癫痫患者，2例死于并发症脑疝，其他患者病情均得到有效的控制。结论 加强中风后继发癫痫的护理是预防、控制并发症的重要环节，合理的护理措施，有利于原发病的恢复。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the nursing care of epilepsy secondary to stroke.Methods We observed 35 cases of epilepsy,intensively,and found and managed accident in time with resulting in reducing the occurence of complications.Results 2 of 35 cases died of intracranial henia,and the other patients were controlled effectively.Conclusion To strengthen nursing is an important approach to reduce the incidence of complication,and proper nursing is good for the recovery of stroke.
