    摘 要:目的 研究Ⅳ型胶原酶的表达与人脑胶质瘤恶性生物学行为的关系. 方法 采用明胶酶谱分析法对41例人脑胶质瘤和5例脑组织中Ⅳ型胶原酶的含量进行检测. 结果 Ⅳ型胶原酶的含量随胶质瘤的恶性进展而增加，在正常脑组织与Ⅰ，Ⅱ级胶质瘤间其含量无显著性差异(P>0.05)，而在Ⅰ，Ⅱ级与Ⅲ级及Ⅲ级与Ⅳ级胶质瘤间其含量均有显著性差异(P<0.01). 结论 Ⅳ型胶原酶的过表达可能与胶质瘤的恶性发展有关，对预测高级别胶质瘤的侵袭性及预后有重要作用.
