    摘 要:目的 探讨脑转移瘤患者的最佳治疗方法. 方法 回顾性分析我院近10a来对脑转移瘤患者的治疗结果，治疗方法包括开颅手术切除，单纯放射治疗，单纯X-刀治疗和X-刀治疗加放射治疗的方法. 结果 将所得到的随访资料进行统计学分析后结果表明，X-刀治疗加放射治疗可以使脑转移瘤患者得到的最佳生存率. 结论 X-刀治疗加放射治疗是治疗脑转移瘤最佳方法.
