【摘要】 目的 探索影响胃癌诊治的相关因素。方法 调查992例胃癌患者的临床资料，并进行统计学分析。结果 胃癌发病率随年龄的增长而升高，其中以50～60岁(25.20%)为高发年龄段，且以男性患者为主；肿瘤发生部位主要位于胃窦部；其病理类型以腺癌为主。结论 胃癌的发病与年龄、性别有较明显的关系，其发生部位与病理类型也出现一些新特点，在诊断治疗的过程中需注意。

    【Abstract】 Objective To search for the relative factors of gastric cancer. Methods Investigate 992 cases of hospitalized patients of gastric cancer, and analyzed clinical data with statistics.Results The incidence of gastric cancer is increased with the aging, and male patients are in the major parts; the location of the tumor is main in the gastric sinus; the pathological type is the adenocarcinoma.Conclusion The morbidity of gastric cancer has relatively obvious relationship to age and sex, and there are something new happened to the location and pathological type of gastric cancer, which should be paid more attention to in the process of diagnosis and treatment of the disease. ......
