【摘要】 目的 通过对患者进行围手术期的心理护理，可使患者以最佳状态进入手术室，安全的耐受手术，保证手术成功。方法 对382例围手术期患者发放责任护士需求表从而进行心理护理，消除患者的陌生感，取得彼此间的了解、信任及良好的人际关系。结果 306例围手术患者能平静的接受手术，24例围手术患者因年龄小，惧怕手术但家属能从容接受手术，52例围手术患者充满信心的接受手术。结论 围手术期的心理护理，可消除手术带给患者的紧张和恐惧感，保证手术顺利进行和术后迅速康复，对提高护理质量有促进作用。【关键词】 围手术期；心理学；护理

【Abstract】 Objective The patients could go to the operating room with best condition and tolerate operation safely. And making the operation successful and the recovery fast.Methods Distribute required forms of responsible nurse to 382 perioperative patients in order to give psychological nursing, eliminate strangeness, obtain understanding and trust and good relationship with each other.Results The patients could accept operation quietly in 306 cases. 24 young patients parents could accept the operation calmly. 52 patients could accept the operation confidently.Conclusion The psychological nursing of perioperative period could eliminate nervousness and fear of patient from operation , assure operation getting on smoothly and recovery after operation rapidly . Moreover , it could fulfil a promotive function to improve the quality of nursing. ......
