    摘 要:目的 研究复方中药CCM-AT13对裸鼠胃癌荷瘤模型的治疗作用及机制. 方法 通过建立裸鼠移植瘤模型与瘤体内局部注射药物，采用大体、组织学、亚细胞学与细胞增殖动力学指标观察CCM-AT13，5-FU与华蟾素对移植瘤的治疗效果，研究CCM-AT13作用机制. 结果 CCM-AT13具有较强的肿瘤细胞杀伤作用和抑制作用，抑瘤率为91.2%，抑瘤效果明显强于5-FU与华蟾素;CCM-AT13不仅可引起肿瘤组织坏死，抑制细胞增殖，还可增强局部免疫力，促进纤维组织增生. 结论 CCM-AT13具有较强的抗肿瘤效果，有较大的临床应用价值，为临床治疗胃癌提供了新的思路与方法.
