    摘 要:目的 观察局部注射乙酸对裸鼠移植性肝癌的治疗作用，为临床应用此方法治疗肝癌提供实验依据. 方法 建立裸鼠移植性肝癌模型，观察治疗后肿瘤体积、光镜及电镜变化. 结果 在第4次注射乙酸前，裸鼠移植瘤消失，疗效优于乙醇注射组(P<0.01)，且无明显毒副作用. 结论 乙酸可用于肝癌的局部注射治疗，有较好的疗效.
