【摘要】 目的 建立脑清宁颗粒剂中黄芪甲苷的含量测定方法。方法 HPLC-ELSD外标二点法。Hypersil ODS-2柱为色谱柱，乙腈-水(35：65)为流动相，体积流量为1.0ml/min。结果 黄芪甲苷的线性范围为49.7～406.24μg/ml(R2=0.9971)，制剂的加样平均回收率为97.5%，RSD为1.8%(n=9)。结论 本方法操作简便、准确，可作为脑清宁颗粒剂中黄芪的含量定量分析方法。
