【摘要】 目的 了解促排卵过程中因过激反应或促排卵失败而放弃治疗周期的临床后果。方法 对放弃治疗的促排卵周期继续进行观察和回访，并进行分类分析。结果 153个放弃治疗的促排卵周期，因有过激反应的86个周期(56.2%)，因促卵失败的67个周期(44.8%)。因有过激反应而放弃治疗的86个周期，出现9例妊娠(10.5%)，2例多胎妊娠(2.3%)，5例卵巢过度刺激综合征(5.8%)。因促排卵失败而放弃治疗的67个周期，出现妊娠2例(3.0%)，无多胎妊娠和卵巢过度刺激综合征出现。结论 临床上因卵巢过激反应而放弃治疗的周期，还存在一定的妊娠率，但同时也存在一定的多胎妊娠和卵巢过度刺激综合征的风险。因促卵失败而放弃治疗的周期，也有一定的妊娠率，但无多胎妊娠和卵巢过度刺激综合征的风险。

    Analysis of clinical outcome for 153 ovulation induction cycles after giving up treatment

    【Abstract】 Objective In order to analyse the clinical consequence of ovulation induction cycle quit from therapy because of hyper-responsiveress or failure to ovulation.Methods Those ovulation induction cycles quit from treatment were followed up and analysed.Results Of 153 ovulation induction cycles giving up treatment,86 cycles(56.2%)were because of hyper-responsiveness and 67 cycles(44.8%) because of failed ovulation induction.9 cases(10.5%) of those 86 hyper-responsive cycles onwent pregnancy,2 cases(2.3%) multiple pregnancy and 5 cases (5.8%) experienced ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome(OHSS).There were 2 cases (3.0%) in 67 failed ovulation induction cycles ongoing pregnancy without multiple pregnancy or OHSS occurring.Conclusion There are chances for pregnancy in hyper-respensive cycles accomplicated with the risk of multiple pregnancy or OHSS,while lower pregnancy rate in failed ovulation induction cycles without any risk of multiple pregnancy or OHSS. ......
