【摘要】 目的 评价前臂交叉皮瓣修复手指外伤的效果。方法 自1999年以来，我们应用前臂交叉皮瓣修复手指外伤22例，有单个手指外伤和单手多个手指外伤，最多者为单手全部手指掌侧皮肤撕脱。结果 术后皮瓣全部存活，手指外形恢复满意，功能和感觉良好。结论 该手术对适应证人群有手术方法简单、手术效果可靠等优点。【关键词】 交叉皮瓣；撕脱伤；真皮下血管网
Clinical application of the forearm staggered flap in the treatment of hand injury

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of the forearm staggered flap in repairing the fingers wound.Methods From 1999, we repair 22 patients wounded fingers by the forearm staggered flaps, include the single finger wound and more than one fingers in a hand, the most serious wound is that all the five fingers skin are avulsed.Results All the flaps are well alive after operation, we are satisfied with the contour, function and sense of these fingers.Conclusion This kind of flap is a simple and reliable method to repair the wounded fingers in definite crowd.
