    摘 要:目的 观察烫伤后多发性化脓性肉芽肿的临床病理及亚微结构特征，初步探讨该病的发病机制. 方法 2例患者于治疗前、后分别取病损处组织，标本经处理后进行组织病理及亚微结构分析，在光镜和电镜下观察其形态学变化. 结果 2例患者均在烫伤愈合的创面上出现丘疹、结节，组织病理显示真皮内毛细血管增生，真皮水肿，伴大量嗜中性白细胞浸润;其中1例的电镜下发现表皮内有大量病毒包涵体. 结论 外伤后多发性化脓性肉芽肿是一种罕见疾病，外伤是其发病机制中一个重要环节，感染可能也是本病一个重要诱因.

    Abstract:AIM To observe the clinicopathologic and ultra-structural features of multiple pyogenic granuloma after scald and investigate its pathogenesis.METHODS Tissue speci-mens from lesions preceding and after the treatment were ob-tained from2patients by excisional biopsy and processed for histologic and ultrastructural analysis.The morphologic changes were observed by light microscopy and electron mi┐croscopy.RESULTS Two cases exhibited papules and nod-ules on the healed scalded areas.Pathologic examination showed capillary proliferation on the upper dermis with ede-matous stroma containing an inflammatory infiltration pre-dominantly composed of neutrophils.Ultrastructural exami-nation revealed viral inclusion bodies in the epidermis in the sample of case1.CONCLUSION Multiple pyogenic granu-lomas after trauma occurs rarely.Trauma plays an important role in the development of multiple pyogenic granulomas and infection may be also an important causative agent of this dis-ease. ......
