    摘 要:目的 探讨放疗前、后人宫颈癌组织原癌基因c-fos表达的变化及意义. 方法 取临床确诊为宫颈鳞状细胞癌患者的活检组织标本共18例，其中放疗前8例，放疗后10例，在多聚甲醛固定的活检癌组织冰冻切片上，进行Fos蛋白的免疫组织化学染色. 结果 放疗前的宫颈癌组织内，多数癌细胞呈Fos免疫染色阳性;照射(30～40Gy)后的宫颈癌组织Fos免疫染色显著降低(P<0.01)，多数癌细胞无Fos染色，但放疗前、后间质细胞的Fos免疫反应无明显变化. 结论 放射明显抑制宫颈癌细胞的Fos表达，Fos的表达状态可作为放射治疗中评价宫颈癌细胞增殖的分子指标之一.
