    摘 要:目的 研究膀胱移行细胞癌的细胞凋亡与放疗敏感性的关系. 方法 光镜观察41例原发性膀胱移行细胞癌放疗前肿瘤组织细胞凋亡指数(AI)、分裂相指数(MI)及放疗后组织坏死程度. 结果 膀胱移行细胞癌AI和MI随肿瘤分化程度降低而增高，各组织学分级之间有显著性差异(P<0.01)，放疗后组织坏死程度亦随癌组织分化程度降低而加重，各组织学分级之间差异显著(P<0.01). 结论 分化越差的膀胱移行细胞癌增殖活性和细胞凋亡数越高，对放疗越敏感.AI可以作为选择放疗的一项指标.

    Abstract:AIM To assess whether the apoptotic index is useful in predicting tumor stage and effects of radiotherapy for bladder cancer patients.METHODS Forty-one cases of transitional cell bladder cancer were reviewed by light mi-croscopy in hematoxylin eosin slides for the presence of apop-totic index(AI)and mitotic index(MI)in the primary tumor biopsy specimens.The patients treated between1995and1998were included in this study.Radiotherapy was given to a median dose of45Gy.Clinicopathological tumor character-istics were studied in relation to the apoptotic index(AI) ......
