    摘 要:目的 研究rhBMP-2对成纤维细胞成骨表型的影响，探讨成纤维细胞成骨条件. 方法 向体外培养的成纤维细胞(NIH3T3细胞)内加入不同浓度的rhBMP-2，在第3日和第6日检测碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性和骨钙素表达，绘制生长曲线. 结果 rhBMP-2可增加成纤维细胞ALP活性，促进骨钙素表达，在rhBMP-2浓度为800μg·mL-1 和1200μg·mL-1 作用最强.rhBMP-2对细胞增殖规律无明显影响. 结论 rhBMP-2可促进成纤维细胞成骨表型表达.

    Abstract:AIM To investigate the effect of rhBMP-2on os-teogenic phenotype of fibroblast and discuss the condition that facilitates osteogenesis of fibroblasts.METHODS rhBMP-2in different concentration was added to the cultured cells.ALP activity and expression of osteocalcin were detect-ed at the3rd day and the6th day and the effect of rhBMP-2on proliferation of the fibroblasts was observed.RESULTS rhBMP-2increased the activity of ALP and stimulated the ex-pression of osteocalcin.With the effect being the strongest when the concentration of rhBMP-2was800μg·mL-1 and1200μg·mL-1 .rhBMP-2had no effect on proliferation of fibroblasts.CONCLUSION rhBMP-2could stimulate the expression of osteogenic phenotype of fibroblasts in vitro. ......
