【摘要】 目的 了解江阴市《职业病防治法》及职业健康检查工作的实施贯彻情况，为今后的职业健康检查工作提供科学依据。方法 搜集、分析2003～2004年接触职业病危害因素劳动者的职业健康检查资料及职业病危害状况摸底调查资料。结果 全市共对3332名接触职业病危害因素的劳动者进行职业健康检查，职业健康检查率平均为11.73‰，2003年及2004年的职业健康检查率有比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)，非金属矿物制品业职业健康检查率51.46‰为最高(P<0.01)，纺织业0.04‰为最低(P<0.01)。在岗期间职业健康检查人数3311例，占总检查人数99.37%。结论 《职业病防治法》实施以来，2004年职业健康检查率明显高于2003年，不同行业职业健康检查率不均衡，要从各个方面做好职业健康检查工作，切实保障劳动者的身体健康。
